In true international women’s day style, we have compiled our list of top women working in the property industry in 2023. Take a look at some property giants to truly be inspired by!
Mary Fitzgerald
First on our list is Mary Fitzgerald, a real estate agent working for The Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles, California. Mary is an expert in her field, with her representing both buyers and sellers in LA’s luxury real estate market.
Not only is Mary an expert in real estate, but she’s also a star of Netflix’s well-loved reality TV show ‘Selling Sunset’. Selling Sunset details the reality of selling luxurious properties to affluent clients and the cut-throat nature of the real estate industry in Los Angeles.
Moneeka Sawyer
Next up on the list is Monkeeka Sawyer, an estate agent with over two decades of experience and a multi-dollar business. It’s easy to see why Moneeka makes the list.
The host of the successful property podcast ‘Real Estate Investing For Women’, Moneeka has also spoken for TEDx, Harvard, Fox5, and CBS. Her website lists guides to get you started in real estate investment, as well as her podcasts and links to her other resources available.
Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle
Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle took an unusual path to real estate, making a name for herself as a contestant on the VH1 reality show Rock of Love back in 2007. However, these days, real estate and interior design are more Rodeos speed.
Host of the American dream Tv: Selling Atlanta, Rodeo is passionate about luxury property and inspiring others to get involved.
Monick Halm
Monick is a woman working in the industry whose career in property is based on the hope that she will be able to attract more women to get involved in property. Founder of Real Estate Investor Goddesses, Monick has over 16 years of real estate investing experience and her aim is to assist 1 million women to achieve financial independence through real estate and investing.

Barbara Corcoran
Those familiar with Shark Tank will recognise our next woman working in property. Barbara Corcoran is a real estate icon, who started her own real estate company at the age of 23 with a $1,000 loan from her boyfriend.
Twenty-three years after starting her business, Barbara was able to sell her company to NRT for $66 million in 2001. Not only is she a shark tank investor and real estate giant, but she is also a podcast host, author, YouTuber, and talk show guest.
Samantha DeBianchi
Founder of Debianchi Real Estate and podcast host on Million Dollar Listing, Samantha DebBiachi, is no stranger to the realities many women in the industry face.
Starting out in the world of estate agency in 2009, Samantha launched Debianchi Real Estate in 2012 and is a frequent guest on Fox News, Fox Business, CNBC, CNBC World, Bloomberg, and other local networks as a real estate expert.
Amy Bohutinsky
Former CMO and CFO at Zillow Group, as well as being named the ‘Most Powerful Woman In Real Estate’ in both 2017 and 2018. Originally starting her career as a journalist, Amy quickly switched to PR and made her way into property.
A frequent visitor on podcasts and talk shows, Amy goes on podcasts and talk shows to impart wisdom about the world of real estate.
Jade Mills
Named the top agent of American real estate franchise, Coldwell Banker, Jade is no stranger to success. With career sales grossing $6 billion, Jade has a stronghold on the luxury real estate market in the US.
With plenty to offer to those looking to get into real estate, Jade regularly shares houses she listings, tips, and tricks on her social media pages.
Kim Stroegbauer
Kim Stroegbauer is a woman in property who is managing life as a mum alongside a successful real estate business. Entering a brokerage after finishing college, Kim spent 8 years in real estate until the 2008 crash. She moved on to designing party items and blogging but has since decided to return to the world of property.
Kim is now the CEO of TomKat Real Estate, an estate agency focusing on larger upend homes and TomKat studio where she specialises in selling and designing homes.
Tracy Tutor
Last but not least we have Tracy Tudor. Daughter of one of the best civil contractors in the US, Tracey Tutor got her start as the first and only female agent on the Californian housing reality show ‘Million Dollar Listing LA’. Currently worth over $20 million, Tracey has written the real estate book ‘Fear is just a four letter word’ and is a real estate influencer.
